Super Eagles’ Coach, Gernot Rohr is set to accommodate several new faces ahead of Nigeria’s doubleheader matches in March against Seychelles and Egypt in Asaba, reports.
The Franco-German arrived the country this week and is keen on building a formidable squad as he prepares for the Nations Cup to be hosted by Egypt later in June.
Further investigation by reveals that Rohr has already penciled down some new faces as he hopes to promote healthy competition for places in his squad.
The Eagles gaffer is said to be open to the possibility of having at least two to three players vying for every position to ensure he has a very strong squad that can at least get to the semifinals of the Nations Cup.
The Eagles will host Seychelles in a dead rubber AFCON 2019 qualifiers on the 23 of March, before taking on Egypt in an international friendly three days later.
