Nigeria’s Kayode Olanrewaju scored his first goal of the year for Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk as they defeated Polish club Lech Poznan 3-0 in a friendly match played in Turkey, reports.

Having started the first friendly of the day against Hobro on the same venue, the Nigerian was dropped to the bench after featuring for 70 minutes.

New signing Junior Moraes put Shakhtar ahead just after the half-hour mark before he was replaced by Kayode in the second half.

Manor Solomon then made it 2-0 to the Ukrainian side six minutes from time before Kayode made it 3-0 just on the dot of 90 minutes when he tapped in a cross from Manor Solomon.
