Super Eagles forward, Paul Onuachu was the hero for FC Midtjylland as they ended their two- game losing streak in style after defeating host FC Nordsjælland 2-1 at the Right to Dream Park, reports.
The 24-year-old was given the mandate to lead the visitor’s attack alongside fellow Nigerian Frank Onyeka as they went in search of their 20th victory of the campaign.
But it was the hosts who drew first blood when Jonathan Among gave them a first half lead after he was put through on goal by Mikkel Damsgaard.
Onuachu, however, equalised for his side five minutes after the interval when his left-footed strike of an assist from Marc Dal Hende left the goalkeeper stranded.
The same players combined again just on the hour mark as Onuachu headed home from five yards to complete the turnaround and net his 16th league goal in the process.
Ghanaian defender Abdul Mumin was then sent off for the hosts but Midtjylland failed to make the most of their numerical advantage as they held on to their 2-1 win.
