Second Vice-President of the NFF, Mallam Shehu Dikko has confidently said that the Super Eagles will return the Africa Cup of Nations trophy home this year, reports.

Speaking to newsmen in his office, Dikko, who beamed with positivity and enthusiasm, said that the Super Eagles of Nigeria are good to go.

“The national team has all the requirements and character to go to Egypt next month and return victoriously and we will ensure that all other minor challenges are tackled before the tournament kicks off.

“From my assessments so far, it is safe to say that the Super Eagles will conquer in Egypt,” Dikko asserted.

Nigeria will head to Egypt in June to face Burundi, Guinea, and Madagascar in the group stages, and will be hoping for more fixtures in the latter stages of the competition.
