Nigerian international, Samuel Eduok scored his ninth goal of the season and his third since joining BB Erzurmpsor to help them to a 2-0 win over Bursaspor which also had Abdullahi Shehu on for the entire match duration, reports.

In a must-win match for both teams, Eduok and Abdullahi went into the clash with similar fates knowing that a defeat could all but condemn them to the lower division next season.

After a goalless first 45 minutes, the second half produced a much better display in front of goal as the ever lively Eduok put the hosts ahead on the 76th minute after converting from a Kristian Opseth assist.

The Nigerian was then at it six minutes from time when he set up Hakan Arslan for 2-0 as they moved out of the relegation zone for the first time since January.

The loss was, however, a bitter pill for Shehu Abdullahi whose team now occupy 17th on the 18-team table with 30 points from 31 games with just three games left in the division.
