Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr has hinted that he already has his final list of players that will prosecute the Nations Cup and he would not use the team’s drab outing against Zimbabwe, reports.

Speaking after his side failed to break the resolute Warriors of Zimbabwe at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, the Franco-German stated that his decision not to field some of the invited players won’t change anything in deciding whom he drops.

“Already we have an idea of the players we are taking to the Nations Cup. Like I said a few days ago, this match against Zimbabwe was just to try something new and it would not affect my choice of selection.

“Some players did not play today but will still be in the squad while some played and may not make it,” Rohr said.

The Eagles gaffer his expected to chop off two players on Sunday ahead of the team’s departure to Ismaily Egypt, where they will complete their final leg camping and also face Senegal in a warm-up game on the 15th of June.
