Former MFM Of Lagos striker, Stephen Odey is on the verge of completing a sensational switch from FC Zurich to KRC Genk in the coming days, can exclusively report.

The 21-year-old moved to Europe in October 2017 and has since established himself as a first team regular, helping Zurich to the league cup that same year before a breakthrough season last term which saw him emerge as one of the club’s leading forwards.

His performance has now earned the Lagos-born player a move to Belgium with Genk coughing out €3.5 million to land the Nigerian goal poacher in a bid to boost their attack ahead of the 2019/2020 season.

Odey scored 15 goals in all competitions last season as Zurich finished 7th on the log, two points shy of Europa League qualification.
