Super Eagles forward, Henry Onyekuru will have to wait again till November to play for the team after he was omitted from the 23-man list of players to face the Samba Boys of Brazil in an international friendly next month in Singapore, AOIFootball.com reports.
The former Everton forward who has been having a pretty difficult start to life in Monaco, however confirmed to AOIFootball.com that his absence from the team is more of an off field problem.
“Honestly, it hasn’t been easy for me here, you know I only recently returned from a small knock and the paper issues have also not been settled.
“The way things are done here in Monaco is quite different and in fact I just got my account sorted out this week despite arriving almost two months ago,” Onyekuru revealed.
He however said he remains optimistic of returning to the team in November when the Eagles begin their quest to qualify for the 2021 AFCON with a home tie against Benin Republic.
