Super Eagles new revelation, Joe Aribo continued his impressive life in the Scottish League as he helped Glasgow Rangers keep a close tab on leaders Celtic, following their 5-0 win over Heart of Midlothian, reports.

After being an unused sub in his side’s Europa League 2-2 draw away at Feyenoord last Thursday, the 23-year-old returned to the starting XI for the 11th as the hosts went in search of their 12th win of the campaign.

The hosts needed just 11 minutes to open scoring when Alfredo Morelos converted from Borna Barisisc to make it 1-0 before Aribo set up Ryan Kent on 37 minutes to put them 2-0 up.

Christophe Berra then put through his own goal to put Rangers 3-0 up before a brace from substitute Greg Stewart ensured Steven Gerrard and his lads claimed their 12th win of the campaign to remain level on points with Celtic on 37 points.
