Super Eagles hopefuls, Eberechi Eze and Bright Osayi-Samuel produced moments of magic to inspire QPR to a memorable new year victory following their 6-1 thrashing of visiting Cardiff City, reports. 


Having hinted on a future appearance for Nigeria, midfielder Eze produced a moment of genius when his lofted pass on 9 minutes found the head of Nahki Wells with the attacker heading home for 1-0. 


Wells then turned provider on 27 minutes when he set up Osayi-Samuel for 2-0 before the youngster grabbed his brace and 4th of the season just before halftime to put the hosts 3-0 up. 


Eze then grabbed his second assist of the game after the break when he set up Nahki Wells for 4-0 before the Eagles hopefully grabbed his 10th goal of the campaign just before the hour mark to make it 5-0. 


Wells then completed his hat-trick on 64th minute before the visitors grabbed a conciliatory goal deep into stoppage time as QPR moved up to 15th on the log.
