Former Katsina United forward, Eric Dufegha has joined five-time NPFL champions, Heartland FC of Owerri in a deal that will see him play for them till the end of the season, can report.

Dufegha who earlier in the season was with Katsina United where he found the back of the net five times with seven assists is poised for a good time with the Naze Millionaires.

“I’m happy to have signed with this great club. I hope my short time here will be memorable and we can achieve something great together. I’m ready to give my best on and off the pitch and I will work for the cause of the club,” he stated.

The Bayelsa born attacker, who has stints in Egypt and Romania comes with lots of power, precision and pace upfront for Coach Fidelis Ilechukwu tutored side who currently sits 14th on the log and are just smarting from an inspirational victory over former Champions, Rangers international last weekend.

Dufegha is available for selection ahead of the team’s matchday 13 clash away at Warri Wolves on Wednesday.
