Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon continued his creative spark for Nantes as he was involved in all three of their goals in their 4-3 Coupe de France round of 32 loss at home to high flyers, Olympique Lyonnais, reports.

With a tough task to reach the round of 16, the Nigerian was given yet another chance to orchestrate from the flanks but the visitors stunned them with two early goals on 2nd and 9th minute from Rayan Cherki.

Moses then provided his 7th assist of the campaign when he turned provider for Renaud Emond for 2-1 but the visitors struck again just before half time to take a 3-1 lead going into the break.

Moussa Dembele then put the visitors 4-1 upon 69 minutes before Moses set up Imran Louza for 4-2 on 81 minutes with the Nigerian then ensuring a tensed finally when he headed home an Anthony Limbombe cross four minutes from time.

His efforts were however not enough to inspire a fightback with his side now focusing only on the league has now crashed out of both the French League Cup and the French Cup.
