AOIFootball can confirm authoritatively that Super Eagles wing wizard Moses Daddy Simon is still a player of Spanish Laliga outfit, UD Levante contrary to media reports that he has agreed a four-year deal with French side, FC Nantes.

Reports since the beginning of the week have been that the former AS Trencin had put pen to paper to become a member of the “Yellow House” or the Canaries as the club is also called, but investigations and conversations by through a close source of the player reveals otherwise.

Though FC Nantes remains the club with the biggest interest for the Nigerian international, amongst others, he is yet to sign or even discuss any deal let alone signing a new deal.

Simon, who is on loan from Levante, will see out his loan with the French side and will return to the LaLiga club while possible transfer discussions will continue only if the latter is ready to listen or attend to offers for the Nigerian.

Simon scored 9 goals and assisted 8 times for FC Nantes before the league came to an abrupt end due to the Coronavirus pandemic that has ravaged the world since the beginning of the year.
