Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has expressed his happiness following the extension of the loan deal of Nigerian striker Odion Jude Ighalo to January 2021, saying that he wishes the player wins a trophy with the Premier League giants, reports.

The Red Devils on Monday morning announced the extension of the loan deal of the Shanghai Shenhua striker whose initial deal ended on 31st May 2020 and Coach Solksjaer said he was happy that Ighalo is staying and hopes the striker can win a trophy with the club.

“It is a dream for him and hopefully he can finish what he started and win a trophy with us,” Solksjaer told United website on Monday.

Ighalo’s tally of four goals in eight appearances so far includes at least one strike in each of his three starts – against Club Brugge, Derby County (2), and LASK.
