Former Arsenal youth prodigy, Chuba Akpom continued his impressive campaign with Greece side PAOK when he scored his eighth goal of the campaign to help them to a 3-1 win over OFI Crete, reports.

With their chances of retaining the league all but over, the hosts handed the Super Eagles hopeful his 11th start of the campaign whilst former Gent midfielder Anderson Esiti also in the midfield.

They however failed to make the most of their dominance in the first period as they were stunned five minutes into the second period when Juan Angel Neira gave the visitors a 1-0 lead.

The hosts then turned to the bench moments later, with the substitution proving an instant success when Christos Tzolis equalized just three minutes after coming on to make it 1-1.

Akpom then completed the turnaround with a well-taken penalty in stoppage time before another stoppage-time goal from Omar El Kaddouri sealed a 3-1 comeback win.
