The future of the former Everton attacker has been in doubt in recent weeks following strong interests from the duo of Istanbul Basaksehir and Fenerbahce but Onyekuru however reaffirmed that nothing concrete has taken place about his future.

“There will always be rumours especially when the transfer window is up, but I’m currently on holidays and when I return I will resume training with Monaco.

“I’m a Monaco player and that is all that matters for now,” Onyekuru reaffirmed.

The Eagles pacy winger is also attracting interests from a host of Spanish and Italian teams but it now seems that he will be having a future at Monaco, with the new coach keen to work with the 23-year-old whom he rates very high.
