It was a good day for Nigerian players in the Swedish Allsvenskan as the trio of Moses Ogbu, John Chibuike and Ishaq Abdulrazak all found the net whilst former Barcelona B star Godswill Ekpolo also grabbed an assist, reports.


Moses Ogbu: The 29-year-old forward continued his impressive run this season as he scored the winner for Mjallby AIF in their 1-0 win away at IK Sirus.


Having scored in three successive league games, the former Grimsby Town forward converted from 12 yards just before the break to seal all three points and keep his side still with a chance of sealing a European place come next season.


Godswill Ekpolo: The former Barcelona B star popped up with his 3rd league assist of the campaign as he turned provider for Leo Bengtsson to put BK Hacken ahead before Sargon Abraham ensured both sides shared the point as he popped up with the equalizer on 18 minute.


Young midfielder Alhassan Yusuf scored as also in action for IFK Goteborg as he featured for the entire match duration.


John Chibuike and Ishaq Abdulrazak: Former Enugu Rangers striker John Chibuike ended his goal drought as he scored his first goal f the campaign after 22 games but it wasn’t enough as his Falkenbergs side lost 4-1 away at Norrkoping.


The 32-year-old fired his side ahead after just 90 seconds but the host hit back in emphatic fashion as Christoffer Nyam scored a hattrick of penalty in the first half to put the host 3-1 up


Substitute Ishaq Abderrazak then added more flair to the scoreline eight minutes after his introduction to make it 4-1.
