Nigerian forward, Muyiwa Olabiran scored his third goal of the campaign as hosts Olimpik Donetsk made light work of visitors Rukh Lviv following their 3-1 win at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi, reports.

Having last featured in his side’s 3-3 draw at home against Mariupol early last month, the 22-year-old returned to the starting XI and was handed his 8th league starts as they hoped to bounce back after suffering two defeats.

They however needed eight minutes to show their intent when a swift counter-attack saw Shahab Zahedi break free on the flanks before producing a delightful cross into the box for Orest Lebendenko to tuck home for 1-0.

Olabiran then doubled their lead halfway into the first period when his well taken shot from well over 25-yards deflected off a Lviv player and past the goalkeeper for 2-0.

Shahab Zahedi then got his brace just after the hour mark to make it 3-1 before the visitors were given a consolation when Yevgeniy Tsymbalyuk put through his own goal.

The result now sees Olimpik move up to 7th on the log with 16 points from 11 games played so far.
