Super Eagles official bus driver, Suleiman Umar has revealed the ecstatic atmosphere in the team’s official bus whenever they won a game, reports.

Umar made this revelation in a recent interview conducted by the newly launched NFF News, a quarterly magazine put together by the Media and Communications Department of the Federation.

Umar has been driving lorries since he was 14 years old and has been the official driver of the Super Eagles’ Marco Polo bus for the past 9 years.

Having been the driver of different sets of the Super Eagles, he revealed that the most exciting time to drive the team has been after games, especially when the team won.

“For 9 years, driving different sets of players has been an interesting job. It is always fun when the team wins as the players make jokes, sing, and we do a lot of laughing,” the Abuja-born driver said.

He also stated that he hates the mood in the bus when they record a loss.

“When we lose, I find it very difficult to relate with everyone because they would be gloomy and sober,” Umar added.

Speaking further, Umar explained that Eagles forwards, Kelechi Iheanacho and Captain Ahmed Musa are the funniest players in the team bus as they always led the fun in and around the team.
